Numerical Simulation on Torque Transmission Capacity of Taper-lock Bushing

Taper-lock bushing,which has not been widely used in China,is a new type of elastic tension component used to connect shafts and hubs. Using numerical simulation of FEM, this paper studied the relationship between the torque transfer capacity of taper-lock bushings and the structure parameters, such as split width, split depth, etc. Finally, the calculation results were verified by experiments.
