    Viscosity Analysis in Milk Quality Identification and Spray Drying Process

    • The results of milk Theological test in China and Australia were analysed. Rheological property of milk is affected by concentration, temperature and kind of milk. The method of viscosity analysis can be used as subsidiary index in the quality identification of fresh milk. The selection method of temperature and concentration in the milk drying process was presented.
