The Drying Process and Control Factor of the Reverse Net Drier

Study on hops drying process proves that hops moisture content is closely related with temperature distribution in hops dehydrator. A properly controlled hops drying process would significantly improve dried hops quality and drying productivity. Hops drying indicator is presented and the indicator has brought about the automatic control in hops drying process.
