Application of Powder Plasma Bead Welding Technology in Repairing Agricultural Machine Parts

This paper tests and researches the powder plasma bead welding technology application in repairing bars, plowshares, spiker and ditching machine vanes. Two kinds of alloy powder were selected. One kind of alloy powder were mixed up. Welding position, welding layer thickness and welding technological parameters were established. Wearing test in laboratory and test in production show that service life of repaired parts is over two times longer than the new ones,and the work cost decreases by 49%-77%.
