Study on Soil Moisture Regulating and Criterion for Water-Saving Agriculture

One of the important factors to accomplish water-saving high-yielding is soil moisture on farmland. It is a link to transformate water resources to the amount of water taken into the plant and the production. The paper presents the theory foundation for soil moisture regulation of water-saving high-yielding and the cultivation technique to wheat-corn continuous cropping. The average water use efficiency could reach 2.01 kg/m³.
