Study on the Dynamic Response of Roadway to Moving Vehicle

On the principle of calculus variation, the roadway response to moving vehicle, in which the roadway is assumed to be rigid pavement lying on Winker foundation, is analyzed. In the research,the rule of dynamic displacement of roadway is mainly analyzed, and the effects of main vehicle parameters on dynamic response are discussed. The results could provide theoretical foundation for researches of roadway damage.
