The Optimum Approximations of Weibull's Parameters
Based on the graphics for solving Weibull's parameters, a new method is proposed by the linear curve fitting and one dimension optimization. In theory, the results should be the optimum approximations of Weibull's parameters, and the accuracy of this method is higher than that of graphic method.
