Research for Measurement System of Mechanical Rheological Properties of Agricultural Materials

This paper developed a system for measuring mechanical rheological properties and its computer software for operation. They can be applied to measure the load-deformation, stress relaxation and creep and do experiments for measuring the tension, compression, shearing and bending of agricultural materials. The load and deformation were transformed into voltage through the sensors and inputted into computer via the A/D converter. The data were logged and processed by the software and the relationship curves of the load, deformation, time were plotted respectively.
