Study on the System Controlled by the Computer for Destroying Enzyme of Green Tea

A system controlled by computer for destroying enzyme of green tea was studied in the paper. On the study basis of parameters of destroying enzyme, the method of controlling medium temperature was used to control the change of tea temperature. The computer controlling offers an automation basis for green tea processing.
