    Image Process Technique to Cognize the External Qualities and Milling Degree of Rice

    • Combined computer image process technique with chromaticity theory, the color properties of endosperm, bran peel, plumul of dyed rice as well as the way for distinguishing were studied in this paper. The quantitative correlation between means of image processing and national standard for grading rice in milling degree was determined in the practical detection. An automatic measurement for milling degree of rice was put forward.
