Spectral Reflectance of Fruits and Near Infrared Image Processing in Agricultural Application

This paper introduced the measuring principle and method of spectral reflectance of agricultural products. The near infrared reflectance feature of several fruits were discussed.The basic demand of image processing system were expounded.Near infrared image processing technique for detecting defective fruits,recognizing fruits which surface color are similar to the leaves and obtaining the information of plant growth were introduced as well.
