Abstract
The travelling directional stability of agricultural tricycle in ground absolute coordinates under driver steering control is investigated. The stability travelling condition for tricycle/driver closed-loop system is derived, some factors that influence directional stability are analysed. Some principles that should be considered in general design and steering control for the stability of travelling direction are put forward.
