Summary and Assessment of the Experimental Installations of Crop CO₂ Environmental Simulation

Using installations of crop CO₂ environmental simulation to study the relationship between doubling CO₂ concentration at atmosphere and crop growth have been made some advances in the world.In this paper, the outline of foreign experimental installations and their developing tendency in late years were summarized. The composition, feature, application of 3 types of installation (closed chamber system, open top chamber system and free air carbon dioxide enrichment system) were introduced. Otherwise, the overall assessment about installations has also been presented.
