Experiment Research on the Dielectric Properties of Peaches Using the Nondestructive Measurement Method

The dielectric properties of peaches were measured during storage by using of LCR instrument, plate electrode and nondestructive measurement method. The experimental results showed that the optimum measurement frequency of peaches is below 15 kHz in the band of frequence from 12Hz to 100 kHz,the equivalent impedance value for peaches will increase, the dielectric constant and loss factor value for peaches will decrease during storage ,then dielectric properties of peaches will have a great relapse when the peaches begin to decay.
