    Mathematics Models of Heated Air Drying for Artificial Rice

    • Artificial rice dried with circulating heated air drier was studied in the present paper. Practice showed that air temperature and air speed inflence the quality of artificial rice greatly with specific technical conditions and relative humidity. The mathematics models for product quality and drying process with humidity of 20 %, temperature of 70~90 ℃, air speed of 1.8~2.4 m/s were set up, which provided reference data for evaluation the product quality and control the drying conditions.
