    • A thinking of price adjusting for industrial enterprises is presented in the paper．The formula to compute the theoretical optimum value of the price modification is deduced utilizing the price demand elastic theory. Based on the“Tuning Method” ，the theoretical value is revised. The method is practical and reliable．
