Analysis and Study of Transplanting Mechanism With Planetary Eccentric Gears

In order to develop a new type of high efficient rice transplanter, the three important characteristics of planetary eccentric gear mechanisms were proved, the kinematic model of transplanting mechanism of rice transplanter with planetary eccentric gears was set up by means of analytic method, and the effects of parameters of it on the relative motion velocity and absolute motion locus of seedling claw were analysed. The results provided theoretical basis for designing high efficient rice transplanter．
