    • In this paper,the design of a CATS of power and fuel consumption for small tractors is given. The advantages of the mechanical instrument which is used to test power and fuel oil are introduced, and the technology of the static real-time picture view is employed.　Using CATS, the power, the fuel oil consumption, and the rotational speed of the engine can be tested in a few minutes．
