Study on LRCBridge for Examination of Tea Quality

It is necessary that tea quality can be measured with an instrument. This paper introduced a series of work to solve this problem， including the selection of instruments， the design of a sensor, the establishment of a mathematical model and the measuring method. The experimental result showed that the electric capacity of tea measured with a numerical LRCbridge can be used to evaluate the tea quality, the rate of correct examination is above 94 %.
