Field Test Study on Flexible Bionics Technologies of Antiadhesion to Dump Trucks

Based on the model test of flexible bionics technology of antiadhesion to dump trucks,　the experiments of strength of steel chain have been done,then the size and linking pattern of the steel hoops were defined on the basis of work features of the dump trucks and their soil adhesion procedure.Two kinds of schemes of the flexible bionics technologies of antiadhesion were designed to apply to the field tests. The results showed that the technologies take advatages of reducing adhesion and scouring soil.They can increase the average production rate of the dump trucks by 19．4%. The results also showed that they have many engineering advantages such as simplicity in manufacture convenience in installation, long operating life, and easy in maintenance.
