Selection and Evaluation of Focal Points and Technologies on Rural Energy Development Strategy

By means of investigation and analysis for 33 national senior experts in rural energy and related fields, the paper raised the focal points of rural energy development strategy on various phases up to the middle period of the 21th century． The relevant rural energy technologies which should be selected firstly are also proposed. The results would provide references for formulating rural energy development planning and technology policy.
