Study and Application on Assessment Method and Software of Integrated Rural Energy Developing County

Based on the database of integrated rural energy developing counties, according to the circumstances of integrated rural energy developing process, technologies, management and desired results，a set of integrated process method and index system was proposed．The concept of project investment intensity index was given in the paper to solve the comprehensive and technical problems in assessment. By using Foxpro assessment software the interface to management database was obtained．The application result showed that this method and software solved the management problems of 141 integrated rural energy developing counties project efficiently．
