    A Predictive Model of Strawberry Bruising Due to Vibration

    • In this paper, the main factors influencing strawberry vibration bruising, such as vibration strength, vibration time , state of maturity, packaging materials and packaging methods were tested and analyzed .The mathematical model of strawberry vibration bruising was founded which could be used to predict the practical vibration bruising of strawberries at the same conditions. The feasibility of the model was analyzed. The result of experiments indicated that the modified model could predict the practical transporting bruising at the same experiment conditions.
