Study on the Mortierella Mycelium Oil Extraction by Supercritical CO₂ Fluid Technology

Mortierella mycelium was taken as experimental material of extraction condition. In addition to the analysis of the effects of extraction condition on the quality of oil, especially, GammaLinolenic acid (GLA), this paper systemically studied the influences of preprocessing condition (moisture content,grind method, grind degree),extraction condition (temperature,pressure) and separation condition (temperature,pressure) on the extraction rate. The optical technique way was determined and the bases for batch process were provided.
