Extraction of Useful Ingredients From Ulmoides Olives Leaves

Abstract
The extraction of useful ingredients from Ulmoides Olives leaves with aucubin as an index was studied. Factors of temperature, pH value and ions amounts of water proved to have significant effect on extraction. Optimum extraction parameters were obtained by establishing and solving regression equation: the extraction amounts is expected to be its maxims when temperature is 76.5 ℃、pH is 5.87、ions amounts is by 100μΩ-1 electroconductivity. The experiment results proved to be in accord with the predicted value.
