Research on Process of DrumForming for Papershaped Greens

In this paper, the principle of the drumforming for pappershaped vegetable food was briefed. The process parameters of papershaped food with drumforming were defined by applying technologies of experiment design and fuzzy optimization. The influences of the parameters such as the supplying site, the heating temperature and drying time on the quality of greens were analyzed.
