    Research on Storage of Peach in “Ice Temperature” Conditions

    • The storage technology of utilizing “ice temperature”can greatly retain respiration of peach, retard the peak of respiration and reduce loss of various nutritious composition.Ice temperature combines with the gastigh of small plastic film package can improve the composition of gas in the internal of package,increase the relative humidity of fruits around. That retains the loss of the sugar,vitamin C and water, reduces the rate of fruits decay and browning remains certain sensory index and prolongs the time of the peach storage at the greatest degree.
