Experiment and Study on the Rotating Cylindrical Pneumatic Dryer With a Crushing Device

In this paper,the structural characteristic and performance test of the rotating cylindical pneumatic dryer with a crushing device are introduced.This equipment joins the rotating cylinder with a crushing device and pneumatic dryer together in series,and the linking section is of a special structure which is a blocking plate with a flowing hole,so the whole drying process can be devided into three phases.The dryer can imporve the drying efficiency and product quality owing to collecting the advantages of rotating cylinder with a crushing device,spin flash dryer and pneumatic dryer.
