The Effect of Primary Environmental Factors on the Purification Efficiency of Ulva Pertusa KjellmanⅠ:The Effect on the Uptake Rate of Ammonium by Ulva P.K.

In this paper,the influences of temperature,light and pH on the uptake rate of ammonium by ulva P.K.were studied.The optimum temperature for ammonium uptake is 25℃.The appropriate temperature is 20～30℃.Light has less influence on the uptake rate.Saturation uptake was reached at the irradiance of above 5 000 lx.The pH in aquculture system (pH=8.0～8.3) is favorable to ammonium uptake.
