Research on Computer Control System of Twin Screw Extrusion Press for Food

Based on analyzing and studying the process of twin screw extrusion press for food,a set of computer control system was established,in which the temperature in different area and the pressure in head of machine can be controlled automatically by the computer,the state of the process of twin screw extrusion in real time is simulated on screen.The results of experiments and production show that the system is suitable and practical.The operation of the system is easy,save time,and good quality of food extrused by twin screw extrusion press can be obtained.
