Exploration on Ways to Improve Personnel Training Quality in Specialities of Agricultural Engineering

Based on the experiences of educational management and educational practices in specialities of agricultural engineering in agricultural university, some ways and methods to improve the personnel training quality are put forward. Such as making great efforts to explore reforms of classroom teaching and laboratory, teaching on the basis of enhancing the discipline of teachers, making full use of the sophisticated teaching manners, perfecting the regulatory regime in laboratory, attaching importance to the construction of practical teaching base, strengthening students technical ability training, stressing the versatile talent training to promote their comprehensive growth , and so on. The specialities of agricultural engineering in agricultural university should cultivate talents and devote themselves to the development, design, application and administration of all kinds of engineering measures and overall utilization in modern agriculture. 
