Abstract
There are more than several ten thousands of new household coal stoves used for cooking and heating each year recently. It is necessary for improving and ensuring product quality, saving energy and protecting environment to assess the indexes and testng method for thermal properties of household cooking and heating coal stoves. The temperature of certain water in aluminium pan rises and the water vaporises while coal stove heating. Controlling water in the water jacket to be discharged according to the temperature of the water, we can gain the indexes of thermal properties of heating of the coal stove. Lots of experiments and applications show that thermal property index of cooking and heating coal stove must meet requirements as follows: 1) Temperature increase of the water in the pan during ignition must increase by at least 0.6℃/min. 2) Available power for cooking is at least 0.7kW. 3) Available power for heating is at least rating output quantity of heating. 4) Heat efficiency of the coal stove is at least 50 %. 5) Temperature of the water in the pan after the stove sealed must increase by at least 0.8℃/min. Thermal property index of heating coal stove must meet requirements as follows: 1) Available power for heating is at least rating output quantity of heating. 2) Heat efficiency of the coal stove is at least 55%.
