Study on Safe Testing System for　Rural Biogas Manufacture

It is difficult to product and use biogas saftly in rural　area. Biogas leaking results in environment pollution, personal poisoning and fire hazard,etc., which effects the application of biogas in rural area. According to the characteristics of divergence and isolation in utlization of biogas in rural area, this paper introduced a safty detection system with multipath automatic circulation detection，assemble display and alarm to monitor the environment of the customers． It consists of gas sensitive sensor, digital device,singlechip microprocessor and applied soft ware． The JEJGS（I） gas sensitive sensor employs accurate fabrication process, so that the integration system has the characteristics of high sensitivity， short response time and good selectivity, can meet the detecting accuracy and the requirement of autodetection . The system can monitor fifty or more consumers in the circle of 1 km radius area.
