According to the result of medium and long term energy demand in rural areas, the development of renewable energy with modern technology should be strengthened in order to support a sustainable development of rural economy. The paper is based on saving, developing and comprehensive utilizing energy resources. And it also brings forward mainly the countermeasures of technology improvement to build the energy strategy with sustainable development in China rural areas.
