Application of Carbonate in ExtrudingExpansion of Rice Husk

    • When 3%~5 % carbonate is used as an auxiliary in extruding process for expansion of rice husk at 250~300 ℃, 20 %~30 % coarse fibrin in rice shell will be reduced. After the rice husk has been treated, the nutrient that can not be used or can be used a little will be fully utilized because the big moleculae is broken up into small moleculae. The metabolic energy of the rice husk expanded and split is increased by ten times. The notable effect is achieved when the rice husk processed replaces feed partly. The 20 %~40 % output of edible mushrooms will go up if the rice husk processed is used as culture medium partly or totally. The carbonate application in extrudingexpansion process gives a new way for utilization of rice husk.
