    Analysis and Calculation of HeatInsulated Property ofVacuumMultilayer Adiabatic Beer Tank

    • Vacuummultilayer adiabatic beer tank is simple in structure, it does not require any additional refrigerating device. The structure of the tank is synthetic utilization of vacuum technology and adiabatic technology. On condition that the feeding temperature is 4 ℃ and the environmental temperature around the tank is 37℃, the increase of temperature of beer will be fewer than 3℃ when the beer is stored in the tank for 7 days. The tank has outstanding heatinsulated property. The paper also analyzed the main influencing factors, e.g., the vacuum tightness of the tank jacket, the thickness of the adiabatic layer, the selection of the adiabatic layer and the heat bridge material, the sealing property of the tank neck and so on.
