    • Agriculture information forecast is one of the most cared problems. Up to now there is not any integrated system using satellite data to remotesensing monitor for major agricultural crops in China. One Element Regression Analysis System (OERAS) was developed RDBMS based on FoxPro 2.5b. The OERAS gave service to Forecast Research on System of Agriculture Information Monitoring. OERAS consists of 3 classes (totaled 13 parts) and 8 core data tables. Using atmosphere satellite data, OERAS brought distinct affects on researching of winterwheat remotesensing monitoring. It was declared that developing utility software based on RDBMS to process a great deal data can advance efficiency. Dividing duplicated areas reasonably and reprocessing the remotesensing data are important ways for improving credit limit of regression model between winterwheat area (or yield) and Green Value.
