Experiment on ExtractionDistillation of Wheat Germ Oil With Supercritical CO₂

A system of supercritical CO₂ extractiondistillation and a unit of preventing CO₂ from back flow and distributing CO₂ were designed. Experiment on extractiondistillation of wheat germ oil was carried out in this system. The results indicated that effect of supercritical CO₂ extractiondistillation on concentration of V_E and remove of pigment and gum of wheat germ oil is more obvious than supercritical CO₂ extraction.
