    Processing Technology and Equipment for Low Sugar Preserved Sweet Potato

    • Special technology was developed to process preserved sweet potato by 35 percent sugar content. The color, the shape and the taste of the product were excellent. Fixed direction slicing machine and hexagon shaping machine were designed and manufactured, meeting all the technological requirements. These equipment can also be used for other root crop shaping and processing.
