    Development of Antiwear Cylinder With TitaniumAlloy Cast Iron

    • Cylinder is an important part of the diesel engine. Its antiwear property will influence the life of the engine. Agriculturaldiesel engine often works under dusted condition, its wear is much faster than that of usual condition. The longlife cylinder by adding some alloys in cast iron was developed. The antiwear mechanism is to form and distribute harder point in soft body. Experimental results show that it is of better antiwear and oil storage property. On the other hand, its cost is only a little bit higher than that of the usual condition. Its benefit is obviously good when considering its life and it is an ideal renewing product.
