    • In this paper, the method of GK and UTM project for NOAA image, and the method of matching NOAA to TM image were discussed in detail. By combining image of NOAA with TM, a satisfactory result of making full use of advantages both of NOAA image with large area and short period, and TM image with high resolution respectively was obtained.
