Experimental Research on Decorticating and Pitting Machine of Fresh Longan

The structures and performances of the decorticating and pitting machine of fresh longan was introduced. The working process of the decorticating device and pitting device in this machine were analyzed.The main factors affecting the decorticating and pitting performances of this machine were determined. The optimal shapes of the bulging teeth and the optimal speed of the cylinders were pointed out.
