The Existing Condition and the Countermeasure of Wheat Production in Japan

The characteristics of wheat produced in Japan, the existing problems of wheat production and the way to solve them were introduced in this paper. Rain during harvest induces deterioration in the quality of wheat. Early harvesting and effective drying play a positive role in avoiding damage caused by rain. Specific gravity separator can remove the deteriorated wheat and a suitable process of separation can classify the products according to the quality of wheat.
