Study on the Mechanical Rheological Properties of Soybean and Wheat Grain Grown in Northeast China

In this paper, the compression equations for irregular shape materials of soybean and wheat grain, and a new “Z” transformation method for the stress relaxation parameters identification were put forward. A test study on mechanical rheological properties of soybean and wheat grain of different varieties grown in Northeast China was carried out. Their property data and factors were obtained.
