Test and Research on HPB-Ⅰ Biomass Briquetting Machine

The moisture content of biomass, briquetting and structural parameters of HPB-Ⅰbiomass briquetting machine were experimented and studied in this paper. The briquetting pressure of biomass and the part wear and its influencing factors were analyzed. The result showed that the briquetting machine has low energy consumption and long lifetime, when the briquetting temperature and period is reasonably adjusted, cone angle and length is suitably selected. Some new methods and reference for further studies and application on biomass briquetting machine were put forward.
