Experimental Research on the Bio-oil Derived From Biomass Pyrolysis Liquefaction

More Information
  • Received Date: March 16, 1999
  • Published Date: September 29, 1999
  • Biomass is a renewable energy resources. By utilizing flash pyrolysis technology, the sawdust was converted into liquid product(bio-oil)which is of easy storage , transport, handling and high energy volume density .The rotating cone flash pyrolysis system was tested to produce the bio oil. The bio-oil was experimented in air pressure rectification and lower pressure rectification and then the different parts of it were analyzed by GC-MS and nuclear magnetic resonance equipment.
