Mathematical Model of Air Replacement Time on Airless Drying

Abstract
A mathematical model to determine the air replacement time on airless drying was developed and verified. Parameters affecting the air replacement time were analyzed by using that model. The results showed that at higher evaporation rate the air replacement time can be reduced. At constant evaporation rate the air replacement time can be shortened at higher working temperature. In order to reduce the air replacement time the volume of drying chamber in airless drying should be as compact as possible.
