    Application of Differential GPS Technology to the Measurement of Soil Tillage Resistance

    • The development of Differential Global Positioning System(DGPS), GIS & Decision Support System(DSS) provide the technological support for Precision Agriculture(PA). To carry out the practice of presision agriculture, taking the measurement of the soil tillage resistance as an example, the method to form the source of the GIS characterization database by using post DGPS technology was studied in this paper. The distribution maps of the mechanical strength of different depth of the farmland were drawn.
