Determination of Diffusion Pattern in Extracting Active Principle From Agricultural Bio materials

Through the analysis of mathematical model in extracting active principle from agricultural bio materials, it was proved that the extraction velocity of extraction system was related to phase areas and agitating intensity. According to this, an aperture plate extractor was designed which can be used to determine the diffusion pattern in extracting active principle from agricultural bio materials. The experimental results can provide scientific basis for establishing extraction technology, selecting extraction solvent and designing extraction equipment on industrial scales.
