Random Fractal Simulation on Agglomerated Structure of Minced Fish

Abstract
The agglomerated structure of minced fish was relative to its rheological properties. The influence of agglomerated structure of minced fish on its rheological properties could be displayed directly through simulating the agglomerated struture by computer. In this paper, random fractal was used to simulate static agglomerated structure of minced fish. The results showed that rectified DLA model was suitable.
